The Royal Suite at The New York Palace

With the world abuzz with the news of a royal birth, it seems fitting to share my recent experience at the grandiose Royal Suite at The New York Palace.  An evening of cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres to celebrate the hotel’s 140 million dollar renovation (unveiled this fall) transported me outside of my norm to a stunning and  intricately gilded space, located on the 45th floor in the distinct Towers Section of the The New York Palace.

Media members had the chance to experience the Hotel’s delectable catering from world renowned chefs while soaking in the spectacular Manhattan skyline views.  There was so much to take in while walking amidst the Royal Suite’s Rococo rooms filled with exquisite Grecian columns, gold flourishes, stunning chandeliers, Italian marble and curated artwork.  Guests to the Royal Suite experience 3,600 square feet of opulence, containing 4 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8 guests), 3.5 baths (including his and hers bathrooms), a full pantry, large living room, and formal twelve-seat dining room.
