Sesame Place Halloween Spooktacular

Last Weekend we ventured back to Sesame Place in Langhorne, PA to get our spook on at the Count’s Halloween Spooktacular.  My children haven’t stopped raving about Elmo’s House ever since our last visit to this spectacular theme park over the summer.  They were beyond excited upon learning that we were invited back for a Media day event in costumes!

The park was thoroughly transformed into a not-too-spooky pint-sized paradise, complete with characters in costumes, extravagant Halloween themed decor, hay rides, two themed mazes, three Halloween shows, trick-or-treat stations, and so much more.

My children are character obsessed and watching them interact with their first loves truly is a glimmering parenting moment.  Their palpable excitement was contagious and my husband and I made a point of soaking it all up.  Since we were invited to a cupcake happy hour at Dine With Me we didn’t book a character meal this time.  My kiddos are absolutely bonkers for character meals as they are a perfect way to spend quality time with Elmo and pals!  We still replay the video footage of toddler LP, meeting Elmo for the very first time at Dine With Me.

Adrian literally couldn’t contain his excitement, displayed by interesting dance moves and hugs and kisses for all his favorite furry friends.

And Lucia beamed when Abby Cadabby traded wands with her.

Then these winged ladies brought the house down.

And costume clad characters had so much love to spread.

Bert was a dressed as a pirate and of course a pigeon.

And the collective energy skyrocketed during the upbeat Halloween themed parade.

What up Telly Monster!!!

I can’t think of a place that my children adore more than Sesame Place and our Fall experience was magical for all!  Sesame Place is open weekends until October 28th – so grab your costumes and get your Sesame-style spook on!

I was not compensated for this post.  My family and I received admission tickets, gift bags, admission to a cupcake happy hour media event, and a photo.  All opinions are my own.
