I love cheese. In fact, I sort of have a cheese consumption problem and usually eat more of it than I should. Naturally, I was really excited that Granny came over armed with supplies to make homemade mozzarella (picture her saying “mootz-a-rell” with gusto!). She’s the best chef I know and her “mootz” was delicious.
