Hello and welcome – so glad that you are here! I’m Monica, a former researcher, with a masters degree in public health – turned writer, photographer, and freelance creative. New York City has been home for over 15 years where I live with my husband, seven-year-old son and nine-year-old daughter.
Marino Bambinos began in 2010 on a whim, with intentions of documenting and sharing glimpses of the everyday with family and close friends. Over seven years later, this family lifestyle blog has become my work (still true to its creative lifestyle origins) through the creation of original content features, photography, event coverage, ambassadorships and more. A few highlights include having an image featured by Instagram, contributing to CLIF Bar & Company’s CLIF Kid, attending Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move event at the White House, representing Kohl’s on the Red Carpet at the American Music Awards, several family travel features including trips to Disney World and on Disney Cruise Line – along with so much more.
I’m grateful for the creativity in this work – as well as the opportunities to help others engage their audiences through thoughtful partnerships. Paid collaborations are credited as such and opinions expressed herein are always authentically my own.
Here you’ll find stories of motherhood, family travel, DIY tutorials, social good, style, design, our favorite things and so much more.
