On National Siblings Day

Tomorrow, April 10th marks National Siblings Day, and I’m honoring my one-and-only with a bit of a walk down memory lane.

Here we are in our full-on 1980’s childhood glory. Just check out that slick suit on my big bro, my serious sock game, and that fantastic milk-box!

Things have certainly changed from the days of having fresh milk delivered straight to our door – but unlike so many other things in life, sibling-hood remains a reassuring constant.

My children have their fair share of squabbles, but their steadfast bond is one of my greatest life blessings.  I’ve previously written about their tight-knit relationship, and I continue to be grateful to be able to bear witness to the uniqueness of it all.  In celebration of siblings and National Siblings Day, cheers to siblings everywhere!

  1. Those quotes are getting my teary-eyed! What’s the age difference between your kids? Mine are 20 months apart and they get along fabulously! I love watching them play together and help each other out. They rarely argue but when they do they quickly get over it.
