Back-To-School Favorites || Sunday Swoon

With the first full week of school under our belts, there is a lot of excitement for new beginnings and a new year of possibility.  Thoughts of the pictures drawn, friends made and words written bring so much hope and possibility to a new school-year.  This week’s Sunday Swoon is dedicated to a few of our favorite staple brands that accompany those special school-year memories and seem to always signal September.

The Children's Place Back To SchoolBack to School Essentials - CopyStride Rite Kids Shoes

The Children’s Place continues to be an MB trusted brand because they offer great value with fun styles that the kiddos love.  Besides the leggings for girls and cargo pants for boys, that we re-stock every-year – we like the head to toe athletic options for girls and the preppy-camo looks for boys.  We stocked up on sporty separates for both kiddos.  The performance active zip-up jacket and shine pants (pictured above) offer perfect comfort for my big girl during school-days and afternoon activities. For boys, the pull on camo-cargos paired with a preppy, striped top, puffer vest and Nitro-high tops bring pre-school cool to the playground.

We all want our kiddos to return home with their belongings and Mabel’s Labels makes that possible. They are incredibly handy to have stashed away to slap on every item possible that passes my way.  This year we ordered the Stylish Scholars Combo and love the variation of styles and sizes and the fact that they can withstand the dishwasher!

PlanetBox truly makes packing a breeze and inspires parents to incorporate variety into school lunches.  My husband and I are committed to ridding our family of harmful exposure to plastics especially after recent news of the dangers in even BPA-free plastic.  Planet box is a great option for parents who no longer want to be troubled with numerous containers and washing reusable baggies.  Check out their awesome custom magnet options!

When it comes to back-packs, we need durability.  The cool styles offered by Levi’s match durability with fun. And tribal prints for boys are a win in our book!

Stride Rite was the first brand that we turned to for our budding walkers.  They are still one of our favorite shoe brands because they always offer exceptional quality with fun selections.  For girls, check out the sweet Jovonie boot with  incredible flexible, lightweight outsole and a side zipper for easy on and off.  We also like the ruggedness, durability and washability of the Made 2 Play Fleet for boys.  It also features a dirt-shedding outsole, anti-stink linings, reinforced toe and an easy alternative closure.

 Marino Bambinos received products from a few of the mentioned brands.  However, opinions, as always are my own.
